The Shenyang-based firm leverages three decades of experience in the national healthcare insurance sector to power its elderly care ecosystem. Neusoft’s technology currently supports core business systems across 13 provinces and has facilitated over 30 long-term care insurance IT projects nationwide. By connecting 400,000 medical institutions and 8,000 nursing organizations, the company has created an integrated digital framework designed to make care more accessible and precise.
Central to this strategy is the "Internet + Home Care Service" platform, which facilitates 224 distinct medical service items. By synchronizing insurance settlements with offline care networks, Neusoft has effectively established an operating system for urban elderly care. These platforms are already active in more than 10 cities, with agreements signed in over 20 additional locations. Moving forward, the company plans to integrate artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making to scale these services and improve the quality of life for the elderly population.
