Kuntz, an attorney and former senior executive at Provident Bank, offers deep background in public market transactions and legal affairs. President and CEO Michael Psyllos stated that these appointments are intended to reinforce the bank’s focus on prudent growth and innovation across its New York and New Jersey metropolitan service area.
