His resume includes work on HeartFlow’s upsized IPO, the capital realignment for Virgin Galactic, and the Series C stock offering for Atlanta Braves Holdings. Beyond equity work, he has advised on significant debt transactions, including a $12 billion senior notes offering for a major telecommunications firm and a $6 billion secured notes deal for a U.S. airline.

Global Corporate Practice Co-Chair Bruce I. March noted that Hasaj’s background in financing and public company governance addresses the increasing complexity of current market conditions. For his part, Hasaj cited the firm’s multidisciplinary platform and entrepreneurial culture as primary drivers for his move.
