The platform functions as an extension of Tosi Control, the cloud-based console launched by the company in January. While Tosi Control focuses on the connectivity and management of industrial assets, Tosi Insight introduces behavioral analysis to the stack. It identifies connected hardware, maps communication relationships, and flags anomalies that might indicate operational instability or security vulnerabilities.
Sakari Suhonen, CEO of Tosi U.S., frames the two products as a logical progression for industrial operators. Where the original console confirms that devices are connected and active, Insight provides the context behind that activity. During an early access phase, participating firms utilized the tool to uncover undocumented assets and automate network reviews that previously demanded extensive manual labor. The system currently offers features such as risk-based event prioritization and protocol visibility to streamline decision-making for site managers. Tosi Insight is available immediately for Professional and Enterprise deployments within the United States, with a global rollout scheduled for the coming weeks.
