The 4th Annual United States-Central & Eastern Europe Connection Weekend, co-hosted by The Catholic University of America and Jagiellonian University, served as the backdrop for the panel titled "Courts, Counsel, and Compromise." Moderated by Professor Emerita Leah Wortham, the session provided a comparative view of how practitioners in the United States and the CEE region approach dispute resolution. Regan was joined by a diverse panel of experts, including Warsaw Regional Court Judge Agnieszka Owczarewicz and practitioners from firms such as Gostyński & Partners and Giambrone & Partners.
Regan brings extensive credentials to these international discussions, including his 2026 induction into the Lawdragon Hall of Fame and board-certified status from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Beyond his practice, he maintains active ties to legal education as a member of the Board of Visitors at the Columbus School of Law. His participation in the Kraków summit underscores the firm’s commitment to engaging with global legal policy and evolving standards in mass tort and medical malpractice litigation.
