Domino's Pizza Overhauls Board with New Appointments and Leadership

Domino's Pizza, Inc. has expanded its board of directors with two high-profile appointments while elevating Best Buy CEO Corie Barry to the role of Lead Independent Director. The moves, announced Tuesday in Ann Arbor, signal a strategic push to integrate further retail and consumer technology expertise into the company's governance.

Domino's Pizza Overhauls Board with New Appointments and Leadership

Corie Barry, who has served on the board since 2018 and chairs the Compensation and Human Capital Committee, takes over the lead independent role from Richard Federico. Federico remains on the board and will continue to chair the Audit Committee. Domino's Executive Chairman David Brandon cited Barry’s financial acumen and strategic oversight as critical assets for the company’s long-term growth.

The board adds two new members, Michael C. Creedon, Jr. and Anneliese Olson, both of whom will serve on the Audit Committee. Creedon, currently the CEO of Dollar Tree, brings extensive experience from his previous leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts and Tyco International. Olson contributes over three decades of experience at HP Inc., where she currently serves as President of Imaging, Printing and Solutions. Her background includes significant international operations, particularly within the Asia Pacific region.

These appointments arrive as the global pizza giant, which operates over 22,300 stores across 90 markets, continues to emphasize digital transformation. With digital channels accounting for more than 85% of U.S. retail sales in 2025, the company is positioning its board to navigate a landscape increasingly defined by the intersection of retail logistics and consumer-facing technology.
