Ritu Vig Appointed Chief Legal Officer at Echo Global Logistics

Vig joins the executive team after a tenure at SP Plus Corporation, where she served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. During her time there, she managed enterprise-wide legal strategies and guided the board through major transactions. Her career includes senior leadership positions at prominent firms such as RR Donnelly and the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, alongside executive experience as the President of the Aviation Division at both SP Plus and Metropolis Technologies.

CEO Doug Waggoner noted that the appointment aims to strengthen the company’s internal leadership as it continues to scale its AI-driven transportation platform. Vig, who holds a J.D. and a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, stated that her focus will center on aligning corporate governance with the company's broader growth objectives.
