EDITION Hotels brings exclusive residency to Montauk’s Crow’s Nest

The weekend features a culinary showcase by three-Michelin-star chef Mauro Colagreco, who will prepare multi-course menus using locally sourced Montauk ingredients like lobster and garden herbs. These dinners, priced at $250, will be accompanied by live performances from Grammy-winning jazz musician Brian Newman. The program aims to blend Montauk’s bohemian atmosphere with the brand’s global luxury aesthetic, following an inaugural event held in Ibiza earlier this year.

Beyond the evening dining, a daytime retreat on July 25 provides access to wellness sessions with Remedy Place and fitness classes led by Barry’s Bootcamp. Photographer Ben Watts, a long-time Montauk resident, will document the residency while showcasing works from his personal archive. The collaboration highlights a strategic push by American Express and Marriott to leverage the Premium Events Collection for high-end, destination-based experiences.
