AmerCareRoyal Acquires RediBagUSA to Expand Sustainable Packaging Line

Founded in 1957, RediBagUSA brings decades of expertise in paper products, food safety bags, and recyclable materials to the ACR platform. By integrating RediBagUSA’s specialized supplier network and patented product designs, ACR aims to deepen its footprint in the North American foodservice and hospitality markets. CEO Scott Milberg stated that the addition directly addresses evolving customer demand for environmentally conscious supply solutions.

RediBagUSA President Jeff Rabiea will remain in a leadership role, working alongside the existing management team to ensure continuity. For Oridian Capital Partners, the deal reinforces a broader strategy of scaling service and manufacturing businesses through disciplined consolidation.
