The rebranding effort does not alter the dealership's ownership, staffing, or daily operations. Customers will continue to work with the same local team at the existing 6000 19th Street location, maintaining the relationships established over the past two decades. The shift is designed to provide a more consistent retail experience across the company’s U.S. footprint, which now spans 251 dealerships and 37 vehicle brands.
General Manager Buck Barton emphasized that while the signage has changed, the core service experience remains intact. The alignment allows the Lubbock site to leverage the broader resources, technology, and operational standards of the international automotive group. By integrating into the national network, the dealership aims to simplify the customer journey, from vehicle sales and financing to maintenance and parts services.
