RainFocus Connects Event Workflows to Adobe Content Supply Chain

Event marketing platform RainFocus has launched two new integrations with Adobe Experience Manager, aiming to eliminate content bottlenecks by syncing event data directly into Adobe’s ecosystem. The move allows enterprise teams to automate asset management and session updates, bridging the gap between event planning and digital web execution.

The new Adobe Experience Manager Sites Connector and Content Advisor integrations enable organizations to treat event data as a strategic asset rather than a siloed output. By mapping session, speaker, and exhibitor information directly into Adobe Experience Manager Content Fragments, teams can build event websites without manual data transfers or redundant updates. The Content Advisor further streamlines production by allowing marketers to browse and select brand-approved media directly within the RainFocus interface, utilizing AI-powered semantic search to locate assets using natural language descriptions.

These tools complement the existing RainFocus and Adobe Workfront Fusion integration, which automates project handoffs and event planning workflows. Marius Milcher, VP of Platform Strategy and AI at RainFocus, noted that the technical interoperability provides an architectural foundation to move clients from manual data management to automated, data-driven decision-making. Stephen Ratpojanakul, Senior Director at Adobe, emphasized that the synergy allows companies to extend the power of Adobe’s content supply chain into face-to-face engagements, ensuring brand-compliant, data-rich experiences across all customer touchpoints.
