CEO Chuck Drury attributed the milestone to the daily performance of his staff, noting that the award reflects the company's focus on hospitality despite broader industry shifts. The JD Power study, now in its 30th year, evaluated hotels based on facility quality, staff interaction, connectivity, and overall value. Drury Hotels currently operates more than 150 locations across 30 states, with active development projects in Tennessee and Florida slated for the coming years.
