The collaboration centers on the team’s membership platform, offering early adopters who placed a $28 deposit exclusive perks, including priority access to upcoming retail launches and specialized seating at the team’s brand unveiling later this summer. Beyond the membership benefits, the partnership will extend into the arena during the 2028 season, where KeyBank will present the High-Five Tunnel and sponsor annual theme nights.
Allison Howard, President of Business Operations for the franchise, noted that the deal reflects a collective commitment to building a lasting fan experience. For KeyBank, the move serves as a strategic investment in the return of professional women’s basketball to Northeast Ohio. The two organizations also plan to launch an annual community impact program, aiming to drive long-term economic and social engagement across the region. The team will play at the 19,000-seat Rocket Arena, with training operations based at a dedicated facility in Independence, Ohio.
