The new hardware builds upon the existing VAULT100 platform with several mechanical upgrades, most notably the M6D Quick Change Engine. This component allows technicians to perform maintenance or system swaps in under an hour, a significant shift from traditional cooling architectures that often require multi-day service windows. The internal design also features vaulted ceiling technology, which maintains a temperature uniformity of ±3°C at -80°C across 20 distinct storage positions.
Designed specifically for GxP-regulated facilities, the unit addresses common operational pain points such as frequent door openings and the need for rigorous data logging. Steady-state temperature stability is rated at ±0.2°C, providing a consistent environment for high-value research materials. Additional usability improvements include a manual vacuum relief port to facilitate easier access, ensuring that the freezer remains both a reliable storage vessel and a practical tool for daily laboratory workflows.
