CSL Group Acquires IoTM Solutions to Scale Global eSIM Orchestration

The acquisition merges CSL’s managed IoT services with IoTM Solutions’ cloud-native platform, which currently supports over 30 million SIMs and integrations with more than 100 mobile operators. By removing the need to manage disparate portals and connectivity management platforms, the combined entity offers a unified operating model for lifecycle management, API access, and eSIM profile orchestration. This approach addresses the growing challenges of permanent roaming restrictions and shifting regulatory landscapes that complicate large-scale global deployments.

IoTM Solutions, founded in 2015, brings a vendor-agnostic capability that allows customers to manage legacy and new estates through a single pane of glass. When paired with CSL’s patented rSIM resilience, the platform extends its utility beyond basic network failover to provide comprehensive management of device lifecycles. Dan Amir, CEO of IoTM Solutions, noted that joining CSL provides the scale necessary to simplify connectivity for a broader international client base. CSL Group CEO Ed Heale emphasized that the transition to the SGP.32 standard requires a fundamental shift in operational strategy, which the acquisition is designed to facilitate. The IoTM team will integrate into CSL, maintaining support for existing partners while accelerating the rollout of their combined connectivity infrastructure. Financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.
