According to the report, the chipmaker moved to eliminate Monolithic’s allocation for next-generation Blackwell chips, shifting toward competitors to serve as primary suppliers.
Monolithic Power Systems is already facing an ongoing securities class action lawsuit related to these same allegations of non-disclosure. Kahn Swick & Foti, led by former Louisiana Attorney General Charles C. Foti, Jr., is now seeking to determine if internal corporate governance failed shareholders. The firm has invited long-term investors to provide information or discuss their legal standing as the investigation into possible malfeasance continues.
