Running from July 1 through September 30, 2026, the contest seeks the most creative pizza and wine combinations. Entrants must submit their original recipes alongside the story behind their creation via the winery’s website. One grand prize winner will choose between a $10,000 cash award or a "Sip & Slice" package, which includes a premium outdoor pizza oven, a luxury wine fridge, a movie projector, and a virtual masterclass with renowned pizzaiolo Dan Richer.
Richer, a six-time James Beard Award nominee and owner of the Jersey City restaurant Razza, returns as the head judge. He is joined by winery Executive Chef Tim Bodell and winemaker Andrea Card. Beyond the recipe contest, a separate online sweepstakes offers an additional $15,000 in prizes, bringing the total prize pool to $25,000. The winery is also continuing its partnership with Slice Out Hunger, supporting the non-profit’s "Summer Slice-a-thon" initiative to fund hunger relief efforts across the United States. Winners of the recipe competition will be announced in October 2026 on the brand’s social media channels.
