The new service offers a premium experience through the Business INSIGNIA cabin, featuring lie-flat seating and a curated menu by Michelin-starred chef Felipe Bronze. These flights operate on a set schedule with departures from Rio on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, returning from New York on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Beyond direct travel, the expansion leverages GOL’s existing partnerships to broaden its reach. Passengers can earn and redeem AAdvantage miles via the airline's collaboration with American Airlines, while the partnership with Avianca Cargo significantly boosts logistics capacity between Brazil and the United States under the Abra Group umbrella. Tickets are currently available through GOL’s website and its partner network, signaling a strategic shift for the carrier as it moves to integrate its domestic dominance with long-haul international connectivity.
