The development team, led by Hiwin Group USA, previously delivered the 16-story project at 300 West 30th Street in Chelsea, which achieved a total sell-out within nine months. The new Sunnyside structure will house 70 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom residences. Beyond the living spaces, the site plans incorporate ground-floor retail, professional office suites, and medical facilities, alongside dedicated community areas and parking access.
Cathy Huang, CEO of Acre NY Realty, characterized the building as a pivotal neighborhood landmark rather than a standard residential addition, citing its height and transit connectivity as primary drivers for future demand. As the project advances, Acre NY Realty has been tapped as the exclusive representative for marketing and sales. The firm, which manages over $300 million in annual sales volume, intends to utilize its bilingual platform to reach both local buyers and international investors looking for alternatives to the Manhattan market.
