Dun & Bradstreet Integrates Business Intelligence into Cursor AI

Developers using the Cursor platform can now access the D&B Commercial Graph directly within their coding environments. By integrating verified business identity and risk data, the new plugin enables the creation of autonomous agents capable of handling complex compliance and procurement tasks with a built-in, auditable trail.

The integration, announced July 9, 2026, in Jacksonville, Florida, aims to solve a primary bottleneck for teams building AI agents: the manual aggregation of disparate data sources. According to Alex Zuck, General Manager of Risk at Dun & Bradstreet, developers often struggle to construct reliable audit trails for their systems. The plugin addresses this by embedding D&B’s verified data—anchored by the D-U-N-S Number—directly into the developer workflow. This allows AI systems to perform tasks like identity verification and continuous monitoring without requiring external data wiring.

Brian McCarthy, President of Global Revenue at Cursor, noted that the collaboration marks a shift from simple code generation to the construction of action-oriented agentic systems. By leveraging the plugin, teams can reportedly scale compliance review capacity by up to 20x. The tool is currently available in the Cursor Marketplace, with plans to expand the Commercial Graph’s reach into finance and sales workflows in the coming weeks.
