Solaris Energy Infrastructure will join the S&P SmallCap 600 index on July 15, 2026, taking the spot currently held by Catalyst Pharmaceuticals. Solaris Energy Infrastructure to Join S&P SmallCap 600

The transition will take effect before the opening of trading on Wednesday, July 15. Solaris Energy Infrastructure, which trades under the ticker SEI, will represent the energy sector within the index. Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, trading as CPRX, will be removed as its acquisition by Angelini Pharma S.p.A. nears completion. S&P Dow Jones Indices manages these adjustments to ensure the index accurately reflects the composition of the small-cap market as corporate mergers and acquisitions reshape the landscape.
