Arthur J. Gallagher Expands Wholesale Reach With Med James Acquisition

Terms of the transaction remain undisclosed. Following the acquisition, Pam Donahue and the existing Med James team will maintain their current office in Overland Park while reporting to Jacey Norberg, the Vice President of RPS’s North Central Region.

J. Patrick Gallagher, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., noted that the move is designed to leverage the firm’s established reputation to enhance regional capabilities. This acquisition fits into the broader expansion strategy of the Rolling Meadows, Illinois-based parent company, which currently provides risk management and consulting services across approximately 130 countries.
