As providers grapple with labor shortages and the high cost of manual billing follow-ups, the integration offers a way to modernize patient financial interactions without requiring a replacement of existing infrastructure.

By syncing data bidirectionally, the platform ensures that Epic remains the single source of truth while Collectly manages the patient-facing experience. The system segments patient populations to tailor financial journeys, utilizing text, email, and voice channels to facilitate payments. Billie, the platform’s AI agent, handles routine billing questions—such as coverage status and balance inquiries—independently, reportedly resolving over 475,000 cases to date.
