Powered by the company’s proprietary Emma Intelligence, the new feature enables partners to upload existing plan templates directly into the system. The software interprets the data to generate a near-complete site build, shifting the broker's role from manual data entry to review and validation. This transition is designed to eliminate common configuration errors while accelerating the timeline for bringing new groups onto the platform.
Trent York, SVP of Product at bswift, noted that the enhancement specifically targets the initial, labor-intensive phases of onboarding. By automating the front-end setup, the company intends to provide partners with a more scalable path for supporting clients who have outgrown entry-level systems but do not require full enterprise-grade implementations.
Beyond speed, the tool performs automated quality checks by identifying potential mismatches between source documents and platform requirements. According to Sharon Morrissey, SVP of Channel Partnerships, the objective is to reclaim time typically lost to administrative reconstruction. This allows brokers to pivot their focus toward strategic client advisory services, particularly during high-volume renewal cycles. The update complements bswift’s broader strategy of deploying agentic AI across its ecosystem, following similar internal implementation tools released by the firm last month.
