Her background includes senior leadership tenures at PRA Health Sciences, IQVIA, and Abbott, providing a foundation for the rapid organizational growth Trinity anticipates in the coming years. At Trinity, she will oversee the full spectrum of human capital, ranging from talent acquisition and leadership development to total rewards and engagement initiatives.

CEO Scott Evangelista emphasized that her arrival is critical to sustaining momentum as the firm blends human expertise with artificial intelligence to serve its pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Durocher-Murphy, who holds advanced degrees in industrial and organizational psychology, noted that the company’s core philosophy—that every decision impacts a patient's life—was a primary factor in her decision to join the leadership team.
