The program is now active across nine states, including California, Texas, and Florida, where authorized dealerships are offering units that have passed a comprehensive evaluation of mechanical, electrical, and ADAS systems. To maintain performance standards, factory-trained technicians test every battery pack, ensuring reliability and range for new owners. Each vehicle comes with a CARFAX history report and full digital inspection documentation to provide transparency throughout the transaction.

Buyers receive the remaining balance of VinFast’s 10-year, 125,000-mile limited warranty, alongside a 10-year, unlimited-mileage battery warranty. This transferable coverage is designed to bolster residual values for original owners while lowering the barrier to entry for the luxury EV market. Beyond the hardware, CPO customers gain full access to the company’s ownership ecosystem, including 24/7 roadside assistance and the companion app, which integrates with over 250,000 public charging stations across North America.
