Operating from 16 global centers, Naviq intends to act as a primary implementation partner for enterprises seeking to modernize legacy systems and create new revenue streams. The venture will leverage its status as an independent entity to attract talent, including data scientists and AI researchers, with a target headcount of over 5,000 specialists within the next five years. V. K. Mathews, founder and executive chairman of IBS Group, noted that the firm fills a gap for consultants who understand the specific complexities of the travel market while applying high-speed AI solutions.
Jason Wright, a partner at investor Apax Partners, emphasized that the organization is structured to transition travel firms from AI testing to full-scale deployment. By prioritizing data-driven operations and customer experience transformation, Naviq seeks to accelerate time-to-value for clients globally. The group has committed significant funding to support this expansion, positioning the firm to capitalize on the industry's shift toward intelligent, automated infrastructure.
