Keogh arrives with over 25 years of experience across the semiconductor, automotive, and technology sectors. His most recent tenure as CFO of Ford Model e and Integrated Services involved navigating complex business transformations and managing multi-billion-dollar joint ventures. Before his time at Ford, he served as CFO at Bright Machines and held various finance leadership roles at Apple, Stanley Black & Decker, and Intel.
CEO James Xiao credited Keogh’s background in global manufacturing and capital markets as the catalyst for his appointment. As Ultra Clean scales its operations to meet rising demand for advanced manufacturing capacity, Keogh will be tasked with refining the firm’s capital allocation and operational execution. Keogh holds an MBA from Cornell University and a degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
