The deal encompasses a one-year base period with four additional one-year options. Based primarily in Norfolk, Virginia, ESN will provide comprehensive engineering, cybersecurity, and maintenance planning services. The firm is responsible for managing data across Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems, as well as complex C5ISR architecture, which covers command, control, and combat intelligence capabilities.
Raymond F. Lopez Jr., CEO of ESN, noted that the contract reinforces the company’s role in supporting America’s maritime power projection. By handling modernization planning and administrative support, the firm aims to ensure these vessels remain mission-ready against evolving global demands. This award deepens the company's existing portfolio with the Navy’s Program Executive Office for Aircraft Carriers, building on its long-standing operations as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
