CEO Chuck Milligan highlighted Ural’s international reputation for driving innovation, noting that his background will be instrumental in helping the firm address systemic challenges in healthcare and human services. Before this appointment, Ural served as the Americas Life Sciences leader at EY, where he oversaw strategy, technology, and M&A initiatives.
His career includes significant tenures at Accenture, Becton Dickinson, and Eyetech Pharmaceuticals, where he helped manage the company’s commercial expansion through its IPO. During a decade-long period at Pfizer, Ural directed the global launch of Viagra and managed the U.S. operations for the Celebrex franchise. He officially assumed his duties at the Okemos-based firm on July 6.
