Baha Mar is expanding its festival programming to emphasize a deeper Caribbean identity, integrating local talent like Bahamian chef Simeon Hall Jr. and Jamaican farm-to-table pioneers Lisa and Chris Binns alongside global culinary figures. This year’s lineup includes industry stalwarts Daniel Boulud, Marcus Samuelsson, and Scott Conant, who will lead a series of masterclasses and collaborative dinners. The schedule features diverse experiences ranging from a Mexican-inspired brunch hosted by Claudette Zepeda and Alfredo Villanueva to a sunset barbecue closing the event on Sunday.
Graeme Davis, President of Baha Mar, described the festival as a global benchmark for artistic and culinary excellence, noting that the expanded itinerary aims to foster dialogue between regional artists and visiting chefs. The resort is offering exclusive weekend packages across its Rosewood, SLS, and Grand Hyatt properties, providing guests with varying levels of access to the signature tasting events, the FUZE Art Fair, and the high-profile Art of the Plate Foundation Dinner.
