The inaugural release serves as a tribute to founder Paul Jones Jr., who named the distillery after the romantic gesture that preceded his marriage. Master Distiller Brent Elliott describes the 21-year-old spirit as a representation of the brand’s deeper legacy rather than just its age. Crafted from the OBSF recipe, the bourbon features a profile of apricot, vanilla, and spiced mint, transitioning into notes of ripe cherry, cacao, and honey with a long finish of antique oak.
Collectors can acquire the limited run of approximately 1,200 bottles exclusively at the Four Roses Visitor Center in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, starting July 10. The release carries a suggested retail price of $500. To mark the launch, the brand is hosting an immersive pop-up experience on Louisville’s historic Whiskey Row, where guests can explore the craft and history behind the Anthology series.
