The expansion addresses a growing demand for rapid project deployment and localized service among AV integrators and signage firms. By maintaining inventory and technical teams in Houston and Las Vegas, LECEDE aims to provide nationwide dispatch within five days, moving away from the logistical delays often associated with cross-border shipping. Founder Jack Lee emphasizes that the strategy is built on proximity, ensuring engineers are available for on-site commissioning and after-sales support.

LECEDE is also maintaining a heavy presence at industry trade events to demonstrate its flagship COB and Outdoor C Series technologies. Following recent appearances at ISA International Sign Expo and InfoComm 2026, the company is preparing for the CEDIA Expo in September. These showcases highlight the firm’s pivot toward high-end residential and commercial integration, including a 162-inch COB installation in North Dakota and a multi-store rollout for athletic retailer Shoe Palace. With over 15 years of manufacturing experience, the company is positioning itself as a high-performance alternative to traditional projector systems in houses of worship and luxury home theaters.
