Tripleseat Names Brendan Thomas Chief Revenue Officer

Thomas brings over a decade of experience scaling vertical SaaS organizations. His most recent tenure at 7shifts saw him steer the company through a transition from product-led growth to a sales-assisted model, resulting in significant annual recurring revenue gains. Prior to that, he spent five years at DoorDash, where he managed the company's Southeast market launch and directed nationwide enterprise chain rollouts.

CEO Michelle Fischer noted that Thomas will focus on aligning strategy with execution as the firm seeks to broaden its reach among hotels and restaurants. With more than 20,000 venues currently using the platform, Tripleseat aims to leverage Thomas's background in high-performing commercial teams to deepen its market dominance. Thomas stated that his priority is building on the company's existing reputation while helping more hospitality venues optimize their event management operations.
