Operating across nearly one million square feet of manufacturing space, Radius Aerospace previously struggled with the fragmented visibility inherent in siloed ERP systems. By deploying LeanDNA’s APEX platform, the manufacturer shifted from reactive, spreadsheet-based management to a centralized, prescriptive model. This transition allowed local site teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks in real-time, effectively eliminating the hidden costs of emergency shipping and labor.
Over a 12-month period, the integration yielded significant operational gains, including a 51% improvement in inventory turns—rising from 3.5 to 5.3. According to Darren Hill, Vice President of Commercial Operations at Radius, the project dismantles the industry assumption that resilience requires bloated safety stock. Instead, the company utilized AI intelligence to protect production continuity while simultaneously freeing up working capital. LeanDNA CEO Andy Ellenthal noted that the results demonstrate how predictive technology can transform market volatility into a distinct competitive advantage for aerospace firms.
The winners of the Supply Chain Excellence Awards, organized by Logistics Manager, will be announced on September 15, 2026, in Dallas. This recognition follows a trend for LeanDNA, which has secured finalist or commendation status in the awards program for three consecutive years.
