The expansion reached a new milestone with the acquisition of a 205,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility situated on 12.5 acres at 4949 Windfern Road in Houston. This property serves as the third major industrial site added to the firm's portfolio since March, bolstering a network that provides heavy export packing, hazmat handling, and transload services.
This growth trajectory follows the acquisition of First Houston earlier this year by Patrick McKiernan and James Mashni. The brokerage firm, which has operated for 45 years, is now directing its focus toward the surging Industrial Outdoor Storage sector. According to CEO Paul Pitman, the increased warehouse footprint allows the combined entities to handle larger-scale projects and streamline supply chain operations for clients across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. First Houston continues to target additional sites in these markets to reinforce its role as a national operator in industrial real estate.
