The newly branded SecureSpace San Diego Encanto features 555 units, ranging from compact 5x5 spaces to spacious 10x30 options, alongside eight dedicated parking spots. Located less than ten minutes from downtown, this facility serves as the firm's fourth location within the San Diego metropolitan area, with another project currently under construction just four miles to the southeast.

Management is currently overseeing a series of site upgrades to align the property with its national premium standards. Planned improvements include a renovation of the leasing office and the integration of proprietary AI-enabled security cameras and sensors. Despite the ongoing construction, the facility remains fully operational for new and existing customers.
