Under the terms of the agreement, the local team remains in place to handle day-to-day operations. Mitchell will leverage Endura’s broader infrastructure, which includes specialized support for recruiting, safety training, marketing, and financial planning. The move follows Endura’s strategy of acquiring established regional operators, similar to its previous additions of The Mad Hatter in Georgia and Maryland-based ChimneyTek.
Jerry Roche, CEO of Endura Services, cited the company’s regional reputation and commitment to quality as the primary drivers for the partnership. For Mitchell, the decision hinged on preserving his firm's culture during the transition. He noted that the partnership was structured to prioritize the retention of his existing workforce and operational continuity rather than forcing a top-down restructuring of the business. Endura, founded in 2024, continues to scout for additional high-quality chimney and hearth service providers for further acquisition.
