Sola Salons is accelerating its 2026 expansion through a series of multi-unit franchise agreements and the rollout of mySOLA, a custom digital platform developed with Vagaro. By integrating booking, marketing, and payment management directly into the brand's ecosystem, the company aims to solidify its market position for 22,000 independent beauty professionals.

The brand's growth strategy relies heavily on reinvestment from established operators. New multi-unit contracts include agreements in Northern Virginia with Warren, Gwen, and Warren Simmons Sr., alongside expansions in Southern Orange County by Meghan and Jeff Wallace. Additionally, franchisees Shay Stevenson, Brett Bortolussi, and Shawna Bortolussi are increasing their presence in Fort Worth, Texas. Physical expansion also reached new milestones this quarter, with Karl Baumert opening the brand's 755th location in New York City.

The partnership with Vagaro serves as a core component of this development phase. The mySOLA platform centralizes salon management tools, allowing beauty professionals to sync their operations with Sola’s main website. According to the company, early data indicates that users leveraging the platform’s discovery and promotional features have seen significant increases in new client acquisition. Sola Salons is now targeting further growth in high-demand metropolitan areas, including Houston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Phoenix, to maintain its trajectory through the end of the year.
