The acquisition positions the Denver-based firm as a dominant intermediary in the business storage space. By integrating XPS Solutions’ decades of contact center expertise and remote management technology, Warehouse Anywhere intends to bridge the gap between facility operators and corporate tenants through a unified digital interface.

Operational depth remains a primary driver for the transaction. XPS Solutions brings integrations with over 10 leading facility management software platforms and AI-driven support capabilities that handle real-time tenant inquiries and payments. For operators, the merger offers a way to compete on service quality rather than just square footage pricing. Laura Holmes, CEO of Warehouse Anywhere, and John Traver, CEO of XPS Solutions, emphasized that the synergy will allow for more intelligent business placements and improved tenant retention across the national network. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, and XPS will continue to operate under its existing brand as a Warehouse Anywhere company.
