The new property centers on "The Havens," a collection of two-bedroom cabins designed with large picture windows and private outdoor spaces intended to integrate the surrounding landscape into the living area. Each unit features branded amenities such as Cocktail Chests and wellness-focused Spa Boxes. A central hub, known as The Commons, anchors the site with dining options ranging from a barista-staffed coffee counter to a social dining room, alongside a resort-style pool and communal firepits for evening activities.
According to Derek Zwickey, chief operating officer of Delaware North Parks and Resorts, the brand aims to fill a gap in the market for travelers who prioritize private, elevated accommodations without sacrificing proximity to nature. The company views the Yosemite location as the primary blueprint for a broader expansion across its portfolio. This launch represents a strategic evolution of the cabin model Delaware North first introduced in West Yellowstone in 2013, moving away from traditional hotel operations toward a more integrated, service-heavy guest experience.
