The system enters a market where water leaks waste an estimated 1 trillion gallons annually in the U.S. alone. Designed for both homeowners and property managers, the Leak Alert 360 allows for the deployment of up to 32 sensors per charging hub, providing granular location mapping to identify the exact source of a leak. CEO John Stauss noted that the technology builds on the company’s history of electronic tool innovation, moving from traditional hand tools into connected, cloud-based home protection.
Installation requires no professional assistance and connects via a dedicated application. The hardware supports an expandable network of up to eight hubs on a single Wi-Fi connection. While the base kit featuring two sensors starts at $129.99, Zircon includes a one-year basic monitoring plan, with subsequent annual subscriptions priced at $9.99. Currently available for iOS, the platform is scheduled to add Android support in North America by the end of 2026.
