The facility integrates specialized zones, including Ideation Studios, Co-Creation Labs, and a dedicated AI Hub, designed to facilitate direct cooperation between DXC consultants and enterprise partners. By housing these diverse teams under one roof, the company intends to bridge the gap between initial AI experimentation and the integration of these technologies into existing, complex IT systems.

Beyond development, the site incorporates security and operational infrastructure, featuring a Cyber Range, forensics labs, and a Security Operations Center. According to Ramnath Venkataraman, President of Consulting & Engineering Services at DXC, the center leverages the firm's engineering talent to move clients from theoretical ideas to measurable business outcomes. Rob Le Busque, President of Asia Pacific & Japan, emphasized that the space is built for a future where human employees and AI agents operate in tandem to maintain critical systems of record.
