CEO Lance Martin credited the company’s rapid growth to a technology-forward approach designed to streamline operations without compromising local service relationships. This expansion follows high-profile acquisitions of industry players like Pool Troopers and Amenity Pool Services, which solidified the firm's footprint throughout the Sunbelt.

Fraser Ramseyer, founder of both SPS PoolCare and Storr Group, emphasized that the aggressive acquisition strategy is intended to bolster local operations by providing them with centralized resources. The company maintains a staff of more than 1,300 employees and continues to scout new markets to further consolidate its position as the country's most comprehensive pool maintenance platform.
