The supply chain constraints that hampered Empresa Minera Paitití S.A. (EMIPA) since late May have been resolved, allowing the subsidiary to finalize the necessary operational preparations. Orvana officials confirmed that the critical materials required to initialize the Oxide Stockpile Project are now on-site, effectively ending the period of uncertainty caused by regional civil unrest.

While the project remains behind its original schedule, the company intends to issue revised operational guidance in mid-August. This update will be included in the Management's Discussion & Analysis for the second quarter, which concluded June 30, 2026. Orvana continues to manage the Don Mario site as part of its broader portfolio, which also includes assets in northern Spain and Argentina.
