The initiative focuses on three primary workstreams designed to modernize SmartRent's infrastructure. Hexaware will deploy Voice AI agents to handle customer inquiries across voice, email, and chat channels, aiming to increase service speed and satisfaction. Simultaneously, the companies are implementing an adaptive bill-to-cash platform intended to optimize revenue cycles and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Beyond customer-facing operations, the partnership includes a full-scale deployment of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. This integration is designed to accelerate quote cycles and establish more rigorous pricing governance. Eravi Gopan, President of Technology at Hexaware, stated that the project seeks to harmonize AI, technology, and workforce processes into a cohesive operating model. SmartRent CEO Frank Martell noted that the partnership provides the necessary operational depth to deliver dependable, intelligent service at scale.
