The flavor, which pairs rich caramel ice cream with ribbons of sauce, has already proven to be a retail success. Since debuting at United Dairy Farmers stores on May 18, it has quickly climbed the ranks to become one of the company's top-selling hand-dipped options. Now, the collaboration moves into broader distribution, with 48-ounce tubs and 16-ounce pints arriving at Kroger, Jungle Jim's, Dorothy Lane Market, and Meijer locations.
Beyond the ingredients, the product serves as a personal project for the baseball star. The red packaging features imagery of De La Cruz alongside a family photo with his mother and brother, underscoring the values behind his community-focused initiatives. Michael Ahmed, CEO of United Dairy Farmers, noted that the expansion aims to bring the partnership closer to the fans who have supported the athlete throughout his rise. This release joins a growing list of collaborations between the brand and the player, including the #44 Shake and support for the Club 44 youth initiative.
