Sagi brings over 30 years of industry experience to the role, having previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Pitney Bowes and founder of ARKA AI. His mandate includes overseeing the company’s global data strategy, governing its responsible AI framework, and scaling existing technical capabilities. By joining the company’s AI Steering Committee and Business Systems Architecture Review board, Sagi will aim to transition IRIS from AI experimentation toward outcome-driven implementation for its 100,000 global customers.
CEO Jason Dies emphasized that the appointment is designed to ensure that AI advancements translate into tangible improvements for businesses that rely on IRIS for mission-critical tasks. Sagi stated that his focus will remain on deploying these technologies with strict governance to improve productivity and decision-making for clients across 135 countries. The company, which provides cloud-hosted solutions, intends to use this leadership appointment to accelerate its next phase of product innovation and platform integration.
