Capture Higher Ed Expands Enrollment Suite with Personalized Web and SMS Tools

Louisville-based Capture Higher Ed has launched two new tools for its Pathways Suite, introducing Dynamic Pages for real-time web personalization and 1:1 Texting for counselor workflows. These additions aim to move beyond generic outreach by tailoring engagement to individual student behaviors and specific funnel stages throughout the enrollment process.

Dynamic Pages allow institutions to shift from static landing pages to adaptive web experiences. The technology adjusts content for every visitor, including anonymous users, by analyzing interest signals and behavioral inputs. According to the firm, this represents the deepest level of web personalization currently available in the higher education market.

The new 1:1 Texting feature integrates SMS directly into the Capture Platform, allowing counselors to manage conversations without leaving their primary workflow. By housing behavioral profiles and outreach lists in one location, the tool ensures that every text is informed by a student's engagement history. For institutions utilizing Counselor Copilot, the system further streamlines communication by generating AI-drafted messages based on specific enrollment stages. All exchanges log automatically into existing CRMs, maintaining continuity across touchpoints.

Chief Product Officer Rob Simora noted that these tools are designed to respect the unique pace of each student’s decision-making process. The launch builds on the company's decade-long history of applying predictive modeling and behavioral intelligence to university marketing, dating back to their first tracking applications in 2014.
