Borracchini, who joined the Pramac organization in 2015, has been instrumental in navigating the company’s integration into the Generac portfolio following the 2016 acquisition. His promotion to the executive leadership team, where he will report directly to CEO Aaron Jagdfeld, marks the culmination of his work overseeing international support functions and commercial growth. He previously served as Senior Vice President of International, a role he held since 2024.

Campinoti steps down after a 30-year career that transformed Pramac from a regional Italian manufacturer into a global power generation brand with an extensive footprint across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Despite his departure from executive duties, he will remain with the firm as President of International Development, providing strategic counsel to support the continued growth of Generac’s commercial and industrial sectors.
